Our factory has strong R&D capabilities:

1. We have established scientific research platforms such as precision forging engineering research center, enterprise technology center, industrial design center, and school-enterprise joint innovation center;

2. Postdoctoral innovation practice bases, and academician (expert) workstations are jointly established with Tsinghua University, Huazhong University of Science and Technology, Shanghai Jiaotong University, Chongqing University and other universities to form a complete industry-university-research collaborative innovation system；

3. The factory is equipped with internationally leading production equipment, and has built 20 intelligent forging lines, 19 heat treatment lines, 27 flexible machining lines, 19 mold processing lines, and 4 press-fit assembly production lines, with an annual output of 150,000 tons of forgings, and the production and sales scale ranks among the top in the industry segment.
